The shaykh said وليسأل عن هذا أئمة المساجد Which transalates to roughly: and let the imaams of the masaajid be asked about it.. meaning ask the imaams of the masaajid regarding this if (low attendance for salatul fajr) Please could you recheck the transalation وفقكم الله
